Toothpaste tablets work when mixed with saliva to create an all-natural toothpaste. From this point, they’ll foam up, get to work, and leave you with a clean, healthy mouth.
To use a toothpaste tablet, simply place one in your mouth, chew it until it turns into a paste, pop your (wet) toothbrush in, and brush as normal for 2 minutes…it really is that easy! Once you’ve finished brushing, spit the toothpaste into the sink and let the remaining paste sit on your teeth. Remember to spit, not rinse!
You should never rinse after brushing as this will remove the fluoride from your teeth. Fluoride adds protection against decay, sensitivity, and bacterial growth.
